Breakfast= ham/ cheese/ chicken sandwich
No Lunch
Dinner= banana, rice, chicken, fish
Had two bottles of water and a bagel with butter.
Felt no pain during the day. I ran the mile and a 400. Got home late and went to bed at 2:00 and woke up at 9:00.
