Comments:
Breakfast= Cornbeef sandwich with chocolate milk
Lunch= another cornbeef sandwich
Dinner= rice, dumplings, banana, and fish
Had slices of bread and a bottle of water throughout my day. I went out for 40 minutes of running. I had no pains and the workout was good. Went to bed at 12:00 and woke up at 8:00.
