Felt very sore today from both Saturday and the lift yesterday. I did the reverse of Louser but cut it short and went into the neighborhood by the Annville HS. I planned on only 5 but went a tad over 6. I took it slow but picked it up towards the end. Did the Manhattan trasfer and some weighted crunches.
