Even Reds: 1-Count Lunges @ 24kg (84 total reps)
Odd Reds: Pushups on Iron Gym (126 total reps)
Even Blacks: Snatches @ 24kg (84 total reps)
Odd Blacks: Swings @ 24kg (126 total reps)

Then did: 10x Front Squat, 10x Windmill Each side @ 16kg
2 Rounds: 10x One-leg Deadlift (L/R) @ 24kg; 10x Bulgarian Split Squat (L/R) @ 24kg
50x Pistol Squats (25/25)
25x 2-count Knee to Chest (like a mountain climber but very slow and controlled. Hands on kettlebell)
