wide lats gets the hoes in the sack

Started off with tbar for once. went 3 plates and 15lbs on top of that. pulled with passion, heart and rage. last set 5th was like 3 plates w/ drop to 2 plates.

dumbbell row. 3x10 w/ 85lbs. better than last time. low back a little sore. and a bit more outta breath.

two set of like 12lb x12 lat pulldown to get theose rear delts more and like the smaller muscles around the lat.
