2 sets 10x200: first set at mile pace, second set 800 pace.
1st set averaged 35
2nd set averaged 34
This workout was really tough for me. I was okay after the first set and was running pretty consistent for what I thought was a good mile pace. When it came to the 800 paced 200s I felt pretty bad. My breathing was pretty heavy and by the last 5 my legs would always lock up at about 150m and my form fell apart. Even in a full on sprint for the last one I couldn't break 34. I'm not that worried considering speed isn't my strong suit. Especially since we didn't do anything like this at all in the fall. The faster workouts will get better for me with time. Lifted after
