Comments:
total body includes aerobic conditioning.

lunges down side with 10 lb weight lifting overhead.lunges up other side 10 lb weight overhead.
lunges in front with 5 lb weight 80% to sides, and 80% curls frontwards.
lunges down side with 12 lb weight with curls in the lunge and curls after you come up from the lunge.
squats on wall doing 15 curls with 10 lb weights on each side. (2 sets)
squat doing overhead lifts down back with 10 lb weights (2 sets) Watch in mirror.

sit ups with stick- do 15 to right side and 15 to left side.
squat and do same thing.
stand and do quick turns with hands close to head
