Running pose and hot salsa followed by
10 pistol squats at 65 lbs
10 pistol squats at 45 lbs
10 pistol squats at 95 lbs

Legs felt like rubber before I even began running, but I pushed out 7 minute pace for as long as i could hold it on the hills of quarry acres, then on the panas hill. Hit the wall big time around 30 min, but kept fighting. stopped at 43 minutes.
