Comments:
3 mile warm up outside, 1.5 miles at 6:35 pace 2 min walk, 1.5 miles 6:25 pace on the treadmill. Didn't feel great so I had to cut the tempo short. Did 10x2min planks, 4x1 min arms. Cool down a mile.
