Exercise Type: Weights

Comments:
did some small range of motion leg presses, ham curls, calves.

squats. worked with the bar for a bit. not bad.
then did a few sets of 5 slow/pause reps w/ 95lbs. didnt really hurt the glute. 115 was fine and did a single set w/ 135. still doing ok. it was the hack squat machine that irritated the glute the most.
its feeling better now. i dont get any aches/pains when i try to tie my shoe or put a sock on. just gotta give it some more time and do really light weight squats for now
