Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I met up with Erica and Courtney to do the workout. I felt fine up the hill. My fastest was 38. My slowest was 42. I was consistently around 39-40. My hip started to bother me half way through the workout but only on the downhill. It was bothering me on the cool down. I went to the trainer after lifting. Meg saw me this time, she's the better one. She told me one my legs is slightly longer than the other, I have minor scholiosis (I knew this before). She gave me excerises to rotate my hip, and some foot pad things to help out. So hopefully that works.
