FDR Hill workout

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Breakfast= chicken and cheese sandwich with chocolate milk. Later had a slice of bread with jelly
Lunch= jelly sandwich, banana, and a cookie
Dinner= potato, beans, chicken
During the practice of 3 hills, I felt pretty good. I had no pains at all.
Went to bed at 11:00 and woke up at 5:30.
