hill workout on the hill at fdr
ran considerably bad, finished behind nick pisano, although he ran 3 and I ran 2.
Eating well, but my head isnt in the right place this week.
Im looking forward to rebuilding my mileage, and especially to getting my apps done so I can really put my all in my running.
