Comments:
Little humid this morning, but not too bad. Last cross country practice until next season. Half marathon was really tough. We planned on 7:30 miles, but we went out hard as a team and mile 2 and 3 were 7:00. That had an effect on me in the late stages. Once I got to mile 9 is when I slowed down a lot. I was averaging 7:30 miles, but from mile 9-13 I was going like 8:10-8:20. It was hard. It wasn't a race so I didn't give 120 percent. I did give 100 percent and it was hard. My longest run of my life. 3.1 miles over my 2nd most ever.
