Comments:
Circuit training. Each exercise for one minute. Do 3 total sets.
Pull ups on bar. Lunges on step bench. Step ups on high bench. Lumberjack for shoulders. Push ups from knees onto bench- do center, then right side, then left side, sit ups on bench with 4lb ball- do right then left.
