i hate gym bros

push day.
started off with some inclines, hit 4x8 w/ 140lbs, felt a bit tougher than i expected but that could be a whole bunch of reasons.

flat db press. did 2x10 w/ 70 then a set of 8 w/ 70s. i have good explosive strength w/ it but my triceps fatigue quickly from doing pressing prior to this. and my forearms felt uncomfortably sore from griping so hard.

laterals. 40s felt even more surprisingly easy. did like 4x12, form broke down only really for the last 2-3 reps. but it was probably the most smooth 40lb laterals ive ever down
