Comments:
Today I woke up late and ruined my opportunity to get in a double, so I just did a solid 8. I felt very good today(leg wise) but I wanted to vomit because of my large lunch. I ran around Point Pleasant and started off at exactly 7 min pace, then towards the end I was around 6 40 paces. Felling very fluid now. Also I finished up with some striders today.
