Started with Death by Jerk @ 155#=
. Had to clean it fron the deck first. Made it through 8 rounds, got 7 of round 9 then just did 3 more to get to 10.

10-20-30-40-50 sledgehammer strikes
50-40-30-20-10 pushups with hands on dumbbells.
With IOTV (~25#)

Drop set curls, 10 reps each weight: 90,85,80,75,70,65 then 15 hammer curls @2x25#
Drop set strict press, same as with curls. Finished with 10 press @2x25#
