Comments:
Ran about 2.5 miles warmup at gym. Then did 8 x 2:00 on/2:00 off. Gradually got faster on the ons and ran about 7:13 on offs. About a mile down.
Felt ok. Legs a bit tired and sore from being on treadmill so much lately. Cider and some weights after. Off to MO in morning and plan to take most of this week off.
20 straight weeks of 40Plus miles a week.
