Comments:
Ran at the HS. 2 mile WU (35 min 3 hard & 2 easy) 5 min CD. I felt beat up for this workout, but towards the end I felt a bit better. After I lifted. I did 135 for the front squats. It is more difficult on the guided rack. I also did the recommended weight for all of the lifts except for the tri press down because the schools press down weight is not the real weight and i believe that is what coach strom based it off of. Also i did my abs. It was a brutal day, but I am glad I got it all done.
