started w/ Vbars since this gym doesnt have tbars
185lbs this time w/ a 35lb plate in there. no straps and no belt! hit like 4x8 with that.

next onto some neutral grip pullups. havent done these in awhile. 10, then 2x8. they were tough. i felt it in my back though

then DB rows. did like 4x12 w/ 70s. started w/ my left side. although i have reason to believe that my left isnt actually weaker than my right in pulling. i actually felt some pretty good lat squeeze and activation.

then i did like a set of 135lb BB rows. and then some seated machine rows. not bad of a machine actually. did some light sets at a plate and a quarter
