Comments:
Breakfast= cheese sandwich with chocolate milk
Lunch= Nothing
Dinner= rice, chicken, salad
Had a banana and another sandwich for the day.
Went easy for the slow run. Feel pretty good and not too sore.
Went to bed at 11:00 and woke up at 5:30.
