Breakfast= jelly sandwich with chocolate milk
Lunch= banana
Dinner= rice, salad, and chicken
Had another jelly sandwich in my day.
Felt good during the workout. Felt only a little soreness. Went to bed at 10:30 and woke up at 7:00.
