Comments:
Ran by the shore down at cape may so it was extremely windy which made it tough at times. The headwinds definitely hurt more than the tailwinds help. Felt kind of tired on the run today. Not awful but not good. That's kind of how I've felt all week so I think I need a rest day one day next week. I decided I'm going to take one day off per month and I've run every day the last three weeks so hopefully the rest day does me some good
