Long Run

I came home from Ramapo finally! I took a little nap before my run. I really didn't want to do the long run, but I new I had to. I did a 5 minute warm up and some drills. I ran around my town, which is hilly and congested. I stopped a couple of times to retie my shoe and because I ran into people I knew. My phone was suppose to track the distance but it messed up, I suspect it messed up time wise too but I have no way of knowing. I mapped out my run later on. My legs feel better. I have been stretching and relaxing since then
