Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Very easy run, I didn't want to go I was tired and sore from work. Plus I had been drinking soda and smoking cigarettes all day! But then I thought about how bad I want a top 10 finish at Gasparilla. I had to at least do something. So I got out there and did and some miles. Focusing on form. Drive with the thighs, push with the calves. I also made it a point to kick my arms up and close to the body!
