Weather: hotter than it has been

Comments:
Felt fine the first few miles, then got progressively more tired. I was tired, but not hurting anywhere so I can deal. Combo of no sleep, nothing to eat or drink before run, heat, and yesterday's long run. On the bright side, I didn't feel all that bad and I know I'll feel better the rest of the week. 50/wk by the end of june was one of my 3 original goals. I shouldn't have any trouble reaching that this week. Probably not in my best interest to go much beyond that just yet. 60-70 will have to wait.
