10 x 400 @ 1:37 - 1:40 with about one minute rest in between and a water break after every 4th one
4 x 200 @ 42, 43, 42, 43 with about one minute rest in between
1.5 mi cool down

felt decent - I was pretty winded after each one but I recovered within a minute or so. my legs felt pretty good but a little tired from yesterday's long run.
