20 lunges, 12 pushups, 16 lunges, 8 pushups, 12 lunges, 6 pushups

Started this 21 day KB swing challenge. Convinced Linds to do it with me. First day was 10 minutes of :30 sec on :30 sec off. Not too bad. Finished with Tabata Push-ups.
