Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Breathing was easy today and my legs didn't hurt but I can't call it a good run. Even though my legs weren't burning, I just felt like they couldn't move any faster. It was as if I was at my top speed but was in no discomfort. Kind of weird. I think my legs are just still not used to lifting or maybe just still tired from the workout. I think a day off next week will help (since I'm not taking one of this week like I originally planned). Drills and core after
