Comments:
Breakfast= ham sandwich
Lunch== 2 nature valley bars and a banana with water
DInner= rice, vegetables, lasagna, and stuffing
Also had chocolate milk and a bagel with butter as snacks.
Ran the 600 (1:33) and the 800 (2:15).
Went to bed at 12:00 and woke up at 7:00
