I FINALLY FOUND MY LOGIN!

As you said, this was a tough workout. It wasn't the amount of intervals (8? Pfft.) It was definitely the speed. However, I tried my best to be consistent with the range I was hitting, and did better on the 200's by a bit. Still, it was difficult yet satisfying. Maybe its just me not being fully back into it that day, but we'll see.
