Comments:
We went to the weight room and I ran a mile on the treadmill. Then I worked out a little and did this challenge where I tried to bench the 45lb bar 100 times in 5 minutes. It was extremely hard and my arms felt like jello after doing 40 in the first minute. I got 98 and my arms were pretty much useless afterward. I couldn't get into push-up position even.
