Weather: The BUbble
Comments:
I ran at the bubble with some guys from Ocean County that are still running. We did a 2 mile WU and 6 x 1000m repeat with 3 min rest in between. And 4 x 200m repeats with 3 min rest between.
3:20,3:20,3:15,3:05,3:05,2:58--The kid pacing it did not do the best job. I felt awful the whole time, but slowly warmed up to it after a while. I then hit 29,28,28,27 for the 200s. Those felt good, and Berti and I hit a mile CD
