Shake Out and Lift

Comments:
Ran behind JOrdan road a bit, felt very tired from the workout this morning. I then did the lift, and i did 115 for the first set of back squats, then 170 for the next two, and then 185 for the lest one. afterwards i did around 185 for the glute bar lift. and did 25lbs for the circuit. I circuit kills the forearms mostly. It felt god t olift and the squats are difficult now with the 5 second hold.
