Comments:
I met up with courtney at Ramapo. I was feeling super sore, probably because I had played frisbee the night before. We did a 5 minute warm up, drils and all that jazz. We ended up only completing one full set, before we called it quits. We both were feeling awful and I could hit my times so we finished with a run.
