i was going to not run today, but after doing absolutely nothing i had energy to kill. i just complained to gilad yesterday that running was kind of boring lately, so i spiced it up. normally i hate treadmills, but it was cold/rainy out and i decided to run at like 9 pm so i didnt want to go outside. so i went to the cardio room in the village and did a ladder type run. i didnt want to go too far so i just made things up as i went. this way i could also know exactly what pace i was going.

the 6:00 section after the 5:00 actually felt the hardest, because it was all continuous and i dont think i'm in shape enough to recover on the go like that. i was very tired after. very.
