Bah!

Ran to the gym with Dalton (w/ IOTV)

Was pretty stoked for today. 100 reps @ bodyweight on the bar (155#) in as few sets as possible. Got to about 30 in the first set and started getting a weird sharp pain starting where the neck meets the back of the skull. Of course I pushed it to 40 before I thought I was gonna black out. I still had gas in the tank and maybe could have gotten to 60 but by that time I had a full blown splitting headache and neck pain. Waited a few minutes then got back under the bar. Got 15 reps before I decided it wasn't going away. Did some leg press (10x320, 10x410, 8x500, 10x410, 5x230 (L/R)), then tried some walking lunges and gave up. Run back wasn't so bad. Gonna take some ibuprofen and try to work out a bit later. I'm just pissed off because leg day is my new favorite thing.
