easy long run at FDR

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
ran 3 taconic loops as the rest of the team hit a hard hill workout. I hate to miss hard workouts, but I would not have performed well. I ran for a little more than an hour, pace was decent and I felt good.
Meals consisted of several bananas, hummus and vegetable sandwiches, and much greek yogurt. Im forcing myself to go to bed at night and to adhere to productivity in the day.
