FDR Hill workout

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Breakfast= banana, chocolate milk, ham/chicken sandwich
Lunch= cheese sandwich
Dinner= macaroni, rice, chicken
Also had another ham sandwich and a bottle of water.
Did four of the fdr hill runs. I feel no pains afterward. Went to bed at 12 and woke up at 7.
