Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I went to Carroll track conditioning today and learned just how grossly out of shape I really am. We did a circuit first. You sprint down and back on the basketball court and then do an exercise for 45 seconds. After that we played small, 10 minute games of ultimate. I was dying.
Then I left to play some paintball, where I sprinted around some more and felt even more out of shape. Good thing we have over a month until Spartan Tartan! :o
