2nd set: 78 avg
2 mile cooldown
I'm happy with how this workout went. The first set was very comfortable and the second set was a bit tougher but I kept the splits consistent and never felt like I had to go all out or wanted to drop. This is one of the better workouts I've had so far this season and it felt good to finally have a strong workout
Also 2606 miles for 2013!!! Looking to run even more in 2014!
