Comments:
I have some runs written down from before this but it is incomplete. I did a few workouts getting back into shape including a fartlek at Keene, a 4 mile tempo on the track (20:45), and a 4 by mile workout at Riverview (very slow). Before that was mostly easy running trying to get over some left post tib tendonitis.
