First lift of the new year

Push day. I hit 4x8 on the incline. 3rd set got much tougher, but overall was do-able. i found after set 4 was a good place to stop with 145lbs. next time ill go for 5x8. just tryna progress through this cut.

next was db flat press. last time i think i hit 4x8 w/ 70. i tried to go 4x10 but wiser would have been 4x9. but i got 2x10 at first but then i stopped at 8 next set. and last set i actually had spotter assisted last rep at 8 very slightly.

laterals. 3x9 w/ 45lb. pretty easy

i feel like a piece of shit though... havent been able to squat/deadlift for awhile. just gotta be patient
