Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Rough workout today. The wind was awful, it was really cold, and I did not feel good. First 4 were 81, second 4 were 80, and after my jog lap, I was upset about how it was going, and decided to go after it. I hit 77 for the last 8 and felt smooth on it even though it wasn't easy. Need to warm up better and be more confident in myself that I can hit my times, and I can run fast. Did Insanity afterwards.
