Sub Maximal Test

Comments:
Did a 4 mile sub maximal test. I felt really good during this run. I made sure not to make it anaerobic and keep it under the lactate threshold. On the last mile, there was quite a bit of headwind. I kept the run comfortable though. I pushed a little through the wind, as I wanted to keep that pace. After my 4 miles, I did 7 100 meter hill sprints. Then I jogged back home. My mile times were 6:47, 6:51, 6:52, and 6:46.
