Comments:
Took a well-needed rest day yesterday. Today's run felt smooth. Legs were fine. The pace was a little slow because of the snow but still not bad. I couldn't do the workout today because of the snow and my treadmill doesn't go fast enough to do 200s. I should be able to do them tomorrow on the road with my garmin
