Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Breakfast= ham, chicken sandwich with orange juice and chocolate milk
lunch= ham sandwich
Dinner= rice, banana ,salad, and chicken
Also had a bottle of water and more rice and chicken later in the night.
Barefoot run and the weight room workout felt good. Had a good 45 minute run. Went to bed at 12 and woke up at 8.
