Comments:
Breakfast= chicken and ham sandwich with chocolate milk
Lunch= ham sandwich
Dinner= rice, chicken, macaroni
Also had a bottle of water and a slice of bread throughout my day.
Had a 40 minute free run. Felt good during the run and after it.
Went to bed at 10 and woke up at 8.
