45 minute run with sprints

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Breakfast= ham sandwich with chocolate milk
Lunch= chicken soup
Dinner= rice and peas, banana, chicken
Also had a bottle of water and another ham sandwich.
Went for a 45 minute run. After it, I did 5 30 meter strides. I felt good at the end of it.
Going to bed at 11:30.
